Sign up for Cue AI and set up your workspace in under 2 minutes.

Sign Up

To create your Cue AI account, navigate to app.rightoncue.ai and click Get Started.

You can sign up using:

  • Google Workspace — Recommended for teams using Google Calendar
  • Microsoft 365 — Recommended for teams using Outlook Calendar
  • Email and password — Available for all users

Tip: Signing up with Google or Microsoft allows Cue to automatically connect your calendar, reducing setup time.

Verify Your Email

After signing up, you'll receive a verification email. Click the verification link to activate your account. The link expires after 24 hours.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Add no-reply@rightoncue.ai to your contacts
  3. Click "Resend verification email" on the login page

Workspace Setup

Once verified, you'll be guided through workspace setup:

  1. Company name — Enter your organization's name. This appears in reports and team invitations.
  2. Team size — Select your approximate team size. This helps us recommend the right plan and configuration.
  3. Primary use case — Tell us how you plan to use Cue (e.g., enterprise sales, inside sales, account management).

Invite Your Team

After workspace setup, you can invite team members by email. Each invited member receives an email with instructions to join your workspace.

You can also skip this step and invite team members later from Settings → Team Management.

Note: The number of team members you can invite depends on your subscription plan. See Billing & Subscriptions for details.
